Our Process

Custom Formulations for Optimal Nutrition

Our simple process is entirely virtual, providing convenience at every step. Each recipe is customized specifically for your individual dog, considering his or her age, breed, activity level, and food preferences while also ensuring that all nutrient needs are met.

To get started, select the appropriate formulation package from Our Services. Select the number of recipes you would like and pay online.

After your purchase, you'll receive an email with a link to complete our comprehensive intake form. It's extremely imporant to be thorough and detailed when completing the form so we know as much about your dog as possible. It also assists us in formulating your recipe more efficiently.

Following receipt of your intake form, you'll receive a detailed ingredient list for your review. Once the ingredient list is finalized, you will receive the final recipe package, which includes nutritional analysis, ingredients list, batch preparation quantities, and preparation instructions to set you up for success.

Our current turnaround time for the ingredient list review, following the receipt of your intake form, is approximately 2 weeks. The Formulation Package is typically delivered ~1 week following the finalization of the ingredient list. It includes the full recipe with an ingredients lisst, a nutritional analysis, a supplement list, a batch preparation list, and preparation instructions.

Complete Intake Form

After your purchase, you will receive an email with a link to our comprehensive Intake Form. Please fill it out with as much detail as possible so we can learn about your dog's needs.

Review Ingredients

This is your opportunity to check the suggested ingredients and supplements for your dog's recipe. Turnaround time is approximately 2 weeks after submitting your Intake Form.

Receive Formulation

After finalizing ingredients, you will receive your final Formulation Package. It will include your recipe, a nutrient analysis, supplement list, and preparation instructions.
